Truffles are the perfect treats for Christmas. You can place them in your party dessert platter, pack them as Christmas gifts for your special ones, and even indulge in these chocolatey balls yourself. I’ve had enough of these dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate truffles, so I decided to make these oreo truffles for Christmas treats this year. This no bake dessert is literally made in 30 minutes or so. Here’s the list of ingredients that you’ll need to make these amazeballs truffles – a pack of Oreos, softened cream cheese, pure vanilla extract, melted white chocolate chips melted, coconut oil, and semisweet chocolate chips.

Crush the Oreos in your food processor and empty them into a bowl. Set aside 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos for garnishing and mix the remaining with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Scoop out the mixture using a small cookie scoop and roll them into mini balls. Freeze for  15 minutes. While the oreo balls are freezing, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave and mix that all up. Now dip the frozen oreo balls in the melted chocolate and refrigerate again. Bring them out of the freezer and garnish them with semisweet chocolate and bite into these amazeballs.

This no bake peppermint cheesecake dessert is oh-so-cheesy! This no bake variation of the classic New York-style cheesecake will make your heart skip a beat! It is infused with the flavors of peppermint extract and our favorite cream cheese with melted butter and crushed oreo crust. This easy-peasy no bake peppermint cheesecake recipe requires only 30 minutes of your effort and a 4-hours chill time in the fridge. Firstly, crush the Oreos in a food processor with melted butter and powdered sugar. Empty it into a springform pan and press it down with the back of a glass. Let that chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. 

While the oreo crust is chilling, prepare the cream cheese filling for the cheesecake. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, beat whipped cream and powdered sugar to a soft peak. Then gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture with a few drops of food coloring and peppermint extract. Now pour this mixture over the oreo crust and even it out with the help of a spatula. Refrigerate for 4 hours and top with dollops of whipped cream and crushed peppermints. Slice and dig in!

In a large bowl, add the popped popcorn.

Layered with cheese and baked to perfection, this dish is bound to be your favorite party dish. I’m going to introduce you to one of the best holiday recipes that you can make for Christmas. It’s loaded with Mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.

This hot and cheesy lasagna will immediately give you the desired warmth on the cold Eve of Christmas.This cheesy Christmas lasagna is layered with Spaghetti sauce mixed with hamburger and sausage, a layer of no-boil noodles, and a layer of whisked egg, Mozzarella, and ricotta topped with shredded Mozzarella. Mix together browned sausage and hamburger with the Spaghetti sauce in a bowl and set that aside. In another bowl, mix together eggs and ricotta for another layer.

Now, in a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the hamburger, sausage, and Spaghetti sauce and then spread a layer of noodles on top. Top that off with shredded Mozzarella and repeat the layers until everything is used up. Place the peppers on top in the shape of a Christmas tree and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake for about 30-40 min and serve hot!

These are super easy to make and will make your guests immensely delighted. They are not baked and are made with just a little bit of effort.

In a bowl, mix together butter and corn syrup. Add in a few drops of your favorite extract and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Knead into a smooth dough. Keep adding in sugar if the dough seems sticky. Divide the dough into three equal portions and add the food coloring of your choice to each portion of dough. I left one portion white and added red and green to the other two portions. Roll out 3/4 inch balls from the dough and flatten them with the help of a fork. Rest at room temperature for a day and keep the patties in an airtight jar. Store and enjoy!

These white chocolate truffles are made with crunchy pistachios and tangy cranberries – a combination of the most precious ingredients. These truffles are rich in flavor and the pistachios and cranberries add a crunchy texture to make the truffles balls perfect for any occasion.

To make these no-bake festive truffles, first, melt butter and add in the cream in a pan and bring that to a simmer. Add in the chopped white chocolates with the cranberries and Cointreau and stir to help the chocolate melt from the heat of the butter and cream mixture. When the chocolate is melted, give it a stir with the help of a rubber or silicone spatula so that everything is well incorporated.

Refrigerate the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Now throw the pistachios into the food processor and grind them to a coarse texture. Bring the melted chocolate mixture out of the refrigerator and scoop it out and roll it into mini truffles. A Graham cracker crust filled with a rich peanut butter filling and topped with dark chocolate ganache – can you imagine the height of deliciousness that this dessert can reach? I have tried making chocolate pie so often at home and now my little ones are bored of it. So I made this no bake peanut butter pie with graham cracker crust to surprise them with my all-new holiday recipes and I have to tell you, they were so overwhelmed by how amazing this pie tastes. Within 20 minutes, these no bake Christmas desserts will shine on your table!

Use a store-bought Graham cracker crust to cut down on the prep time. For the peanut butter filling, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese to coarse crumbles. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and now time to beat again so smoothly. In a separate bowl, add whipping cream and beat to form stiff peaks, and add it to the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture. Beat on low speed to form a smooth and silky filling. Now pour the filling onto the Graham cracker crust and spread evenly.

Cover and refrigerate. For the chocolate ganache, heat cream in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or over a stove to a simmer and pour that over the chocolate chips. Let that sit for a while and stir with a rubber spatula. Rich and velvety chocolate ganache are ready. Now let that cool for 10 minutes and then spread over the peanut butter filling on the pie. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes and serve it chilled.

This recipe tops my list of no bake Christmas desserts. Start off by preparing an oreo crust with crushed Oreos and melted butter and press it down to the bottom of a greased and lined springform pan. Let it chill in the freezer and meanwhile start working on the filling of the cheesecake. Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and mix in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and beat into a smooth, velvety filling. Add in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and mix everything well. Pour the filling onto the chilled oreo crust and chill for at least 3-4 hours. Pipe more whipped cream on top and garnish with additional chopped peanut butter cups. Slice up and serve chilled. Enjoy!

You’re gonna need desiccated coconut, condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips and ghee (clarified butter) or melted butter. Heat the dessicated coconut over a pan until it starts to slightly get color and add in the condensed milk and chocolate chips. Cook for about 2-3 minutes so the chocolate melts and the mixture starts to leave the edges of the pan and turn off the heat immediately. Let it cool down for 10 minutes and immediately scoop it out and roll it into balls. Run the balls over a plate of desiccated coconut and gobble up!

Grind the oreos in a food processor. In a mini mason jar, make a layer of crushed oreos. In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add in softened cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Then pour in the condensed milk and combine well. Add in broken oreo chunks and fold in. Transfer the filling into a piping bag and pipe a layer of this filling into the jar. Let it cool and scoop it out onto parchment. Now melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave and dip the bottom of the cookies in the melted chocolate. Place on the parchment again and drizzle some more melted chocolate on top. Allow the cookies to set and then gobble them up!

You can add in all your favorite nuts and flavoring and customize this cookie dough as per your preference. And there’s more good news for you cause this recipe is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and grain-free. Also, this 30-minute dessert is made with healthy ingredients and free from any refined sugar-free.

To make the edible cookie dough you will have to mix together almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and then fold in the mini chocolate chips. Now that your edible cookie dough is made, prepare the caramel by mixing together peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a bowl to a smooth and creamy texture. Press in the cookie dough in a silicone muffin pan and create a well in the middle using a teaspoon.
