11. Carrot Cake Roll (Easter Dessert)

Carrot Cake Roll (Easter Dessert)

I used to turn out my cake rolls onto a dish towel coated with powdered sugar. I’ve since discovered that using parchment paper is simpler and far less messy. Rolling the cake from the small side to the short side will help it cool after it has been baked.

Although parchment paper does have a tendency to make the cake slightly sweaty, you should only allow it to cool minimally (10 minutes) before slathering it in icing. The cake might slightly stick if you sweat. Start rolling the cake again at the frosted end. As you approach the unfrosted edge, roll and fold the cake as snugly as you can. The more carefully you roll this carrot cake roll recipe, the more perfect and presentable it will be.

13. Cadbury Egg Kiss Cookies

Cadbury Egg Kiss Cookies

Normally, I like large cookies, but with these kiss cookies today, I think less is more. All you need is a tiny ball of dough. I just took a pinch of dough and rolled it; I didn’t measure. These resembled walnuts in size, if I had to guess. like a whole, shelled walnut As you put the Cadbury egg on the cookies, if they are too big, they won’t get those lovely crinkly edges.

You’ll probably need approximately 1 tablespoon of dough, in my opinion. Don’t forget to add sugar! Even though I understand it’s just extra sugar, the cookies are actually 100 times better. Must try more cookie recipes for breakfast or snacks.
